Yes you can wait here while the repair is done; however, most customers drop off their equipment to be repaired. We will call you back promptly once your repair is complete or to give you a status update. You can always call the store to get an update as well. We also offer pick-up and drop-off services to better accommodate our customers' needs.

Although we take great pleasure in the work we do, our repairs come with a 30-day guarantee in case something goes wrong.

Our aim is to restore your functionality as soon as possible. Most computer repairs need a drop-off visit. The majority of repairs are attempted within 24 hours of receiving your computer, although turnaround times may differ depending on the complexity of the job and the availability of parts. Or if you're more worried, just give us a call in advance!

What you see is what you get with our free estimates. Before we complete the work, you won't be charged anything. That's actually how easy it is. We'll even go one step further and pledge to let you know if we believe the cost of your repair will be higher than you should be spending on your computer.
