Unlike the super stores, at Second Source your sales consultant is usually going to be the first person you call if you have any questions or concerns. Our sales staff is extraordinarily familiar with the componants of your machine and can help you with almost any problem.

Most computer problems are simple software problems, which we can quickly diagnose over the phone. If you call, you can choose to speak directly to your sales consultant, or you can leave a message in their voice mailbox. At our store, you will never be left on hold for hours. (It is not unheard of for you to spend literally hours wading through computer controlled voice systems when you call major manufacturers.)

Some of our competitors have signs in their stores stating that after 30 days, you will have to call the computer manufacturers directly should a problem arise. We, on the other hand, are always willing to answer any simple software question, or to point you in the right direction so your problem can be solved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Also, service appointments can be scheduled in advance so you can drop off and pick up your machine in only a few days - compare that to a two week minimum that most of our competitors require. Your downtime is minimized greatly.

Any system bought from us, still under warranty, gets priority service. That means we will make any repairs as quickly as possible. Make sure to ask your sales consultant for different warranty options.
